Blue Cheese Dip

This creamy dip made with blue cheese is perfect for dipping with wings, crackers, and veggies!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the blue cheese & chives. Mix until combined.
  2. Stir in blue cheese and chives (if using) until fully incorporated.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • This dip will keep in the fridge for as long as your sour cream is good so check the date on your sour cream container! 
  • Buy blue cheese crumbles to make this dip even faster! Fresh dill is a great addition.
  • Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
