Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup Blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced chives
- salt and pepper to taste

- Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together until completely combined.
- Serve or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.

- If you don't have a lemon or lemon juice on hand you can replace it with some white or white wine vinegar.
