Blue Cheese Sauce
Creamy with a hint of tang blue cheese sauce can be used as a salad dressing, a dipping sauce or condiment.
Ingredients
- 6 ounces blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 6 Tablespoons yogurt plain, Greek
- 4 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl mix together buttermilk and blue cheese crumbles.
- Add sour cream, Greek yogurt, vinegar, garlic powder, salad and pepper mix well.
- Refrigerate before using.
