Blue Smoothie Bowl
A tropical blue smoothie bowl with blue pea flower powder and mango.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 banana peeled and frozen, ripe
- 1 cup Mango frozen, fresh
- 1/2 cup coconut milk yogurt
- 1/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 2 to 3 tsp blue spirulina powder or blue pea flower powder
- 1/2 cup ice
Smoothie Bowl Toppings:
- 1/3 cup paleo muesli brand Bob's Red Mill
- 1/4 cup blueberries fresh
- 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup Mango peeled and chopped, fresh
Instructions
- Add all ingredients for the smoothie bowl to a blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add more almond milk to make smoothie thinner, or add ice to make smoothie thicker.
- Pour blue smoothie into a bowl and top with paleo muesli and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
