Blue Smoothie Bowl

A tropical blue smoothie bowl with blue pea flower powder and mango.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 1/2 banana peeled and frozen, ripe
  • 1 cup Mango frozen, fresh
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 2 to 3 tsp blue spirulina powder or blue pea flower powder
  • 1/2 cup ice

Smoothie Bowl Toppings:

  • 1/3 cup paleo muesli brand Bob's Red Mill
  • 1/4 cup blueberries fresh
  • 1 kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup Mango peeled and chopped, fresh

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients for the smoothie bowl to a blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add more almond milk to make smoothie thinner, or add ice to make smoothie thicker.
  2. Pour blue smoothie into a bowl and top with paleo muesli and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
