Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp EACH baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 375F. Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 1 minute.
- Pour batter into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with fresh blueberries.
- Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey, almond butter, or peanut butter if desired. Enjoy Warm!
