Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp EACH baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375F. Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 1 minute.
  2. Pour batter into a 9x13 casserole dish. Top with fresh blueberries.
  3. Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey, almond butter, or peanut butter if desired. Enjoy Warm!
