Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries*
  • ⅓ cup coconut milk**
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and no chunks remain. If you have a smoothie setting on your blender, use that.
  2. Pour into a glass, sip, and enjoy.
