  • 1 cup frozen blueberries*
  • cup coconut milk**
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and no chunks remain. If you have a smoothie setting on your blender, use that.
