Ingredients
- ½ cup fresh blueberries divided
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon BBQ seasoning click link for the recipe
- 1 pound fresh salmon
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, or an oven to 400°F.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, add half of the blueberries.
- Once the berries begin to burst, add the balsamic vinegar and apple cider vinegar. Reduce heat to low and add the BBQ seasoning.
- Simmer 5-10 minutes. Mix all of the ingredients together while lightly mashing the blueberries into the sauce.
- Pour the blueberry bbq sauce over the salmon in a foil basket. Sprinkle the remaining blueberries over the top.
- Place on the grill (or in the oven) for 20 minutes.
