Ingredients

Blueberry Filling:
  • 5 cups blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
Crisp Topping:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup butter softened, unsalted
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8x10 baking dish with baking spray.
  2. In a large bowl gently mix the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla then add to the baking dish.
  3. Mash together the flour, oats, butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Sprinkle the crumb mixture evenly over the top of the blueberries.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until topping is golden brown.
