Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups blueberries
- 4 cups water, divided
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Combine blueberries and 1 cup water in a blender until blueberries are pureed.
- Using a fine mesh strainer, strain blueberry puree into a pitcher.
- Add sugar, lemon juice and remaining water into the pitcher and stir well.
- Place in the refrigerator to chill or serve immediately over ice and enjoy!
