Blueberry Mango Lime Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango pieces
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup yogurt plain, low fat
- 1 lime peeled, whole
- ¼ cup parsley
- 2 inch ginger root diced, piece
- 2 coops protein powder
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 cup water
- 2 ice scoops
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
Notes
- For a thinner smoothie, add more water and less ice. For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit and/or add more ice.
