Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango pieces
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 whole lime (peeled)
  • ¼ cup parsley
  • 2 inch piece ginger root (diced)
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 scoops ice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.

Notes

  • For a thinner smoothie, add more water and less ice. For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruit and/or add more ice.
