Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon* baking powder
  • 1/16 teaspoon* baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon blueberries , fresh or frozen
  • streusel topping
  • 1 tablespoon (½ oz/15g) butter, cold
  • 1½ tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1½ tablespoons brown sugar*
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Notes

  • Brown sugar can replaced with white if needed
  • ⅛ teaspoon is simply a ½ of a ¼ teaspoon1/16 teaspoon is simply a ¼ of a ¼ teaspoon
