Blueberry Pastry
Blueberry Pastries feature flaky crescent roll dough filled with a sweet cream cheese mixture and fresh or frozen blueberries. Each dough square is topped with a cinnamon-vanilla cream cheese blend and piled with juicy berries, then folded into a compact pastry and baked until golden. Ingredients
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 8 ounce crescent roll dough dough sheet or 8 count rolls, canned
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375° F.
- Combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Roll the crescent roll dough out and press the perforations together.
- Slice the dough into 8 equal squares.
- Top each square with a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
- Pile the blueberries on top of the cream cheese.
- Fold the corners of the dough into the middle and place each pastry on a baking sheet.
- Place in the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
