Blueberry Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 coop vanilla protein powder 33 g
Toppings:
  • hemp seeds
  • Muesli
  • additional chia seeds
  • shredded coconut
  • pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all the smoothie ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth. 
  2. Transfer the smoothie into two medium bowls and top with your choice of toppings.
