Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana thawed for 10-15 minutes
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp flax seed meal
  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Cut your banana into small pieces. Add bananas, milk, yogurt, and flax seed meal to a blender. Blend for 5-10 seconds, until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the blueberries while blending on low. Increase speed, and blend till you've reached your desired consistency.
