Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup yogurt plain, Greek
- 2 coops protein powder
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup water
- ice optional, to thicken
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Feel free to add ice to thicken until you've reached desired consistency.
