Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles

These delicious 3 ingredient Yogurt and Blueberry Popsicles are super easy to make! Sweet blueberry sauce is layered with creamy yogurt. An easy, dreamy summer popsicle recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (400g) blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 3 cups (750g) yogurt

Instructions

  1. Add the blueberries, sugar and water to a pot and heat for 8 minutes, stirring often, until it becomes a thick sauce. Allow to cool completely.
  2. Spoon the yogurt and blueberries, alternating, into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.

Notes

  • Try different yogurt varieties. Vanilla, strawberry, honey, lemon etc.. are all perfect.
  • If using plain yogurt, try swirling a little maple syrup in to sweeten it.
  • If using lemon yogurt, try adding 1 tablespoon lemon juice to the blueberries to bring out the flavor.
  • Try these blueberry popsicles with different fruit instead. Blackberries, cherries, raspberries... delicious!
