Ingredients

  • 1 .5 ounce cornbread mix Jiffy brand box
  • 1 .0 ounce yellow cake mix Jiffy brand box
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix both boxes according to directions, and combine the batter. I generally use a large mixing bowl, and add both boxes together, and add the other ingredients all at once.
  3. Fill an 8 x 8-inch pan with the batter.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
