Boston Market Cornbread
This Boston Market-style cornbread mixes a cornbread and yellow cake mix with water, milk, and eggs to create a batter that bakes into a moist and sweet cornbread. Using boxed mixes simplifies preparation while blending flavors from both cornbread and cake, yielding a tender crumb and golden crust. Baking in an 8x8 pan at a moderate oven temperature allows even cooking and a classic square shape suitable for slicing at the table.
