Bourbon Banana Bread

This Bourbon Banana Bread is an easy, classic recipe kicked up a few notches to include a boozy twist! Full flavored, moist, sweet, and quick to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 5 1/3 tablespoon butter unsalted, softened
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 egg
  • 3 banana mashed
  • 1 tablespoon bourbon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix until combined.
  3. Add in the eggs, bananas, and bourbon.
  4. Pour batter into greased/prepared loaf pan (or 3 mini loaf pans).
  5. Place in preheated oven (350 degrees) and bake for about 35 minutes if mini loaves, 55-60 minutes if a large loaf pan, 25 minutes if making muffins.
  6. Once baked, remove and allow to cool slightly before removing from pan and serving! Enjoy!
