Refresh on a hot summer day with a bourbon peach tea smash. I love local peaches and this is a delicious cocktail!

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp simple syrup (rosemary infused, even better)*
- ⅓ peach sliced thin (3-4 slices)
- 2 oz bourbon
- 4 oz cold tea

Instructions
- Place the slices of peach in a glass and muddle with the simple syrup.
- Add ice cubes, and then pour in bourbon and tea. Stir.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
- Enjoy!
- * If you don't have the rosemary infused simple syrup on hand, you can always place a sprig of rosemary in your drink.
