Ingredients

  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 sprig mint
  • ½ lemon cut into wedges
  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • ice
  • club soda optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the mint and lemon in a shaker and smash using a muddler or similar tool.
  2. Add simple syrup, bourbon and ice. Shake.
  3. Strain into an ice filled glass
  4. If desired, top with club soda.

Notes
