Braised Red Cabbage

Braised Red Cabbage combines chopped cabbage, peeled apple, and sliced onion simmered slowly with apple cider vinegar, sugar, and warm spices. The long, gentle cooking softens the cabbage and melds sweet, sour, and spicy flavors into a tender side dish that complements hearty meals.
