Brazilian Açaí Bowl

A Brazilian Açaí Bowl combines blended frozen açaí puree sweetened with sugar and water, topped with sliced banana and granola. Ingredients

  • 2 açaí berry puree I use Sambazon Original Blend, frozen packets, with guaraná puree
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
Toppings
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup granola French vanilla flavor

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a cup, combine the sugar with the water, and mix until sugar is dissolved
  2. Add the 2 frozen packets of açaí to a blender, then add the water/sugar mixture
  3. Blend well, about a minute, then scoop the açaí into a bowl
  4. Top it with sliced bananas, and granola
