Breaded Pork Chops
These crispy and golden Breaded Pork Chops are one of those dishes that look and taste impressive but go from stove to plate in roughly half an hour.
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops 1-inch thick, boneless
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 egg large
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Season the flour with salt, pepper, and paprika. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
- Dredge each pork chop in seasoned flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook until golden brown on each side, about 4 minutes per side.
- Transfer pork chops to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
