Breakfast Burrito Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 8 eggs scrambled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 4 bacon slices
  • 2 cups cubed hash browns

Instructions

  1. Scramble eggs over medium-low heat. Add cheese, salt, and pepper (plus peppers if wanted).
  2. Cook up hashbrowns and bacon separately.
  3. Warm up tortillas and make burritos by adding eggs, a scoop of hashbrowns, and a piece of bacon.
  4. Fold up and serve with salsa or save for later by wrapping in plastic wrap and placing them in a Ziploc bag to put in the fridge or the freezer for up to 2 months.
