Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 16 oz Pillsbury biscuits
  • 6 scallions *chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese *shredded
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage *cooked, can use bacon if desired

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs and milk in a bowl.
  2. Cut each individual biscuit into quarters and drop into the egg mixture. Toss to coat thoroughly.
  3. Add in the scallions, cheddar cheese, and cooked sausage/bacon.
  4. Pour mixture into a 9 x 13 pan evenly and place in preheated oven, 350 degrees.
  5. Cook for about 28-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and allow to sit for about 1-2 minutes before serving!
