Breakfast Miso Soup Recipe
Easy to make and an excellent source of protein, miso soup is a delicious way to start your day. Make it your own by adding noodles, veggies, or rice!

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Miso paste
- 2 teaspoons dashi granules
- 8 oz silken tofu diced
- 3 green onions sliced
- 4 cups water
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the dashi granules and water; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and whisk in the miso paste. Stir in the tofu and the green onions. Simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes and serve.
