- 2 English muffins
- 3 eggs
- 2 sausage patties
- 3 slices Bacon
- 2 slices cheddar cheese sliced
- avocado optional
Instructions
- Cook eggs, omelet style with a little salt and pepper.
- Cook sausage and bacon separately. Drain on paper towel lined plate.
- Slice English muffins and toast. Sandwich together sausage, bacon, eggs and slice of cheese. Top with avocado if desired. Enjoy!
