Breakfast Sandwiches: Croissant Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 croissants
- butter as needed
- 3 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 lices ham
Instructions
- Cut each croissant into halves and toast them in a toaster.
- Spread each piece with butter evenly.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
- Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Then pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cook for about 3 minutes and use a wooden spoon to stir the eggs gently. Once it’s cooked, remove from heat.
- Top half of the croissant buns with ham and scrambled eggs, and then cover with the second half of the bun. Serve and enjoy!
