Breakfast Sausage Tacos with Pineapple Salsa

This taco Tuesday we're making breakfast sausage tacos with fresh pineapple salsa. They're smoky, tangy, and sweet all in one tortilla!

Ingredients

  • 8 1-ounce/28g fully cooked turkey breakfast sausage patties
  • 2 cups baby spinach, chopped
  • 8 flour tortillas warmed
  • Pineapple Salsa

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat up the sausage patties according to the package directions 
  2. Sprinkle some chopped spinach onto each tortilla and top with a large spoonful of pineapple salsa. 
  3. Cut sausage patties in half and place two halves on each taco. 
  4. Fold & serve!
