Brie Phyllo Tarts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) wedge Brie cheese rind removed, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 15 frozen phyllo tart cups
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Place phyllo cups onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  3. Gently squish a piece of Brie between two fingers as it will make it fit into the tart better. Place Brie pieces in each cup and top with 1/2 teaspoon apricot preserves.
  4. Bake tarts for 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Garnish with chopped pecans and serve warm.
