Brioche Bread Pudding (Crazy Easy)

This brioche bread pudding is baked to perfection with thinly sliced pears and chocolate chips. The custard will have your mouth watering!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz brioche bread
  • 1 large pear sliced
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 large eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 5 oz whipping cream
  • 20 oz whole milk

Instructions

  1. Cut the brioche slices into half. Assemble them in a baking dish.
  2. Between each slice add in a couple of pieces of pear.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and milk until combined.
  4. Pour the custard over the brioche and allow it to soak for 30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. ENJOY!
