Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 4 cups broccoli florets diced
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets diced
  • 8 ounces Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 1/4 cups Colby jack cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup red onion chopped and rinsed

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, red wine vinegar, sugar, and salt. Cover and refrigerate to chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, cheese, and red onion. Optionally, reserve some bacon and onion for garnish.
  3. Drizzle the chilled dressing over the salad ingredients and toss until everything is well coated. For optimal freshness, serve within 1 hour.
