Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ¼ cup diced red onion diced
  • 6 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard or grainy mustard
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder or one clove garlic, minced
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss with dressing.

Notes

  • Broccoli Cauliflower Salad can be stored in a covered container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Stir before serving.
