Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cups cauliflower florets washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ cup diced red onion diced
- 6 lices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup slivered almonds
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard or grainy mustard
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder or one clove garlic, minced
- salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Place all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss with dressing.
Notes
- Broccoli Cauliflower Salad can be stored in a covered container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Stir before serving.
