Ingredients
- 12 ounces broccoli florets cut into bite sized pieces
- 12 ounces cauliflower florets cut into bite sized pieces
- ¼ cup red onion
- ¼ cup craisins
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar optional
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup crumbled bacon
Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- In a large bowl, add the broccoli, cauliflower, onion, craisins and dressing and toss to coat.
- Add the sunflower seeds and bacon and toss again gently to distribute.
- Serve chilled. Enjoy!
