Broccoli Grape Pasta Salad - a creamy pasta salad that is always a hit at potlucks! This salad is filled with broccoli, grapes, bacon, pecans, and red onion all in a sweet creamy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 8 8 ounces farfalle (bow-tie) pasta (about 2 cups dry pasta)
  • 1 1 pound broccoli florets (about 4 cups)
  • 1 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ⅓ ⅓ cup sugar
  • ⅓ ⅓ cup diced red onion
  • ⅓ ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 2 cups seedless red grapes halved
  • 8 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

  1. In a skillet, heat pecans over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes or until pecans are fragrant. Let cool.
  2. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar, red wine vinegar, and salt. Add the broccoli, pasta, and grapes. Stir well to coat. Cover and chill for 3 hours. Right before serving stir in pecans and bacon.
