  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese finely grated, low fat
  • 5 egg
  • 1 cup milk skim
  • 2 cups broccoli cut into bite sized pieces and blanched
  • 8 oz mushrooms chopped, package
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese grated, low fat, sharp
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • 1 pinch nutmeg optional
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
