Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli slaw prepared
- 4 lices Bacon chopped, cooked
- 1/2 cup red onions diced
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise you can use light
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries plumped in warm water for 10 minutes, then drained
- sunflower seeds optional
Instructions
- Place broccoli slaw in a medium bowl and set aside. Plump cranberries by steeping them in warm water for about 10 minutes. Drain water.
- In a small bowl, whisk together, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, apple cider, sugar, and salt. Fold into broccoli slaw. Add cranberries. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
- When ready to serve, add bacon. Top with sunflower seeds or serve on the side.
