Ingredients
- 2 ounce cans tuna drained
- 1 cup broccoli riced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 green onions sliced
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons parsley chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons chives
- 1-2 tablespoons herbs

Instructions
