Broccoli with Garlic Sauce (Restaurant Copycat)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves garlic smashed and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds as desired, optional garnish

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
  2. Add broccoli florets to a large mixing bowl and coat with the soy sauce mixture. Toss broccoli until it is completely coated in the sauce. Set aside.
  3. Add a spoonful of oil to a skillet over medium heat. When the oil is hot, add chopped garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add the broccoli and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds.
