Ingredients
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- ¼ Cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ Cup real maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon all-spice
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, dijon mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and all-spice.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir well to combine the ingredients. Cook the glaze for about 5 minutes, or until the brown sugar has completely dissolved and the mixture has thickened slightly.
- Remove the glaze from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes before using to glaze a ham.
