Brownie Pie
Brownie Pie is a chocolate dessert featuring a brownie batter baked inside a traditional pie crust. The filling combines melted butter, sugar, eggs, cocoa powder, and flour to form a rich and fudgy base, with semi-sweet chocolate chips both mixed into and scattered atop the batter. Baking in a pie crust adds a crisp, flaky contrast to the dense chocolate center.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter melted, unsalted
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips divided, semi-sweet
