Brussel Sprouts In Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussel sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic 
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut the ends of the brussel sprouts off and cut in half.
  3. In a large bowl combine the brussel sprouts, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to combine
  4. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  5. Top with parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Halfway during the cooking time, toss them and continue cooking until browned.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can squeeze fresh lemons over the top or top with parmesan cheese.
  • Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
