Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussel sprouts
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut the ends of the brussel sprouts off and cut in half.
- In a large bowl combine the brussel sprouts, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to combine
- Spread out on a baking sheet lined with foil.
- Top with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Halfway during the cooking time, toss them and continue cooking until browned.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
