Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts halved
  • 1 shallot large peeled and finely minced
  • 2 lices Bacon cut into small pieces
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large skillet place the bacon and cook until golden brown.
  2. Add the shallots and cook until tender. Add the Brussels sprouts and sauté to high heat to give it a nice golden outside.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve
