Bubble Pizza Bread

This easy bubble pizza is quick and delicious recipe needing just a few ingredients. Add your favorite toppings and bake until bubbly.

Ingredients

  • 1 (16.3 ounce each) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • toppings as desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces using kitchen scissors or a knife.
  3. In a large bowl, toss biscuit pieces, pizza sauce, toppings, and ½ cup of cheese.
  4. Spoon biscuit pieces into a well greased 9×9 pan. Top with toppings. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned and centre seems cooked.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Broil to brown if desired.
