Bubbly blood orange campari cocktail

Bubbly blood orange Campari cocktail recipe made with fresh blood orange juice, campari and champagne or sparkling wine.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 large blood oranges juiced, about 1/3 cup juice
  • 1 oz campari
  • ~4-5 oz of chilled sparkling wine – choose from prosecco champagne, cava, brut, etc
To garnish:
  • Blood orange peel or blood orange slice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pour 1 ½ oz of blood orange juice in each champagne flute.
  2. Add ½ oz of campari.
  3. Top off each drink with ~ 2 oz of sparkling wine, garnish with a slice of blood orange and enjoy.

Notes

  • For a mocktail variation of this drink, use alcohol-free bitters to replace the Campari and sparkling grape juice or lemonade to replace the champagne or prosecco.
