Buffalo Brussels Sprouts

These oven baked spicy buffalo Brussels sprouts are made with just 5 simple ingredients and are ready in under 30 minutes. A perfect main dish or a side to pair with your favorite main.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts washed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • ¼ cup Frank's Buffalo Sauce or your favorite brand
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
  2. Place the brussels sprouts on the baking sheet and drizzle with1 tablespoon of olive oil, toss to coat
  3. Roast in preheated oven for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through
  4. Meanwhile mix together the remaining olive oil, franks, garlic powder and salt
  5. Drizzle the buffalo sauce over the brussels sprouts
  6. Then return to the oven to bake an additional 3-5 minutes, until sauce is bubbly
  7. Serve warm
